• Must have an established Family Tree Profile - Ancestry, MyHeritage, Legacy Tree etc. 
• Must give me temporary access your profile to do the work
• 5 hours Maximum
• Any relative can be worked on but may be difficult if a comprehensive family tree has not already been done by a professional or semi professional
• 5 relatives Maximum

• Includes a 40 minute zoom results meeting or in person meeting (ABQ Metro)
• Clients must have an Ancestry account set up with a basic (Free trial will work) plan set up.  Ancestry.com is preferred for Basic and Advanced Packages. 
• Client must grant me access to their Ancestry account during the commissioned time. 
• All information that can be found during the commissioned time period will be attached to each ancestors profile in the client's Ancestry account. 
• Open sources and registries that I have membership with will be used. 
• Invoices must be paid in full before any research will begin. 

• There are no guarantees and no refunds for completed research.
• Genealogy can be complicated and may be difficult to discover especially if:

                  - The person was adopted 

                  - The person's family migrated in the last few generations to the United States

                  - Family surnames that are very common such as Smith, White, Garcia, Martinez, etc. 

                  - Families that have Native American or African American descendants.

• If I cannot discover any significant information in the first hour of work and I feel I wont be able to find much, I will choose to refund the client their money. REFUNDS based on lack of discovery will be 75% of invoice refunded back. 
• Due to research limitations, I cannot currently conduct research for clients that were born outside of the United States or are first generation US citizens.
